TOURIST  VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR JAPAN (DELHI)

• Visa application form with signature as per passport.(form attached in PDF file)

• Original valid passport with at least 06 month validity from the date of departure from destination.

• Old passports

• 2 Fresh unused Photographs of 35 x 45 mm 80% face , white background and with matt finish.

• Covering Letter addressed to The VISA Officer, Embassy of Japan with stamp and sign as per passport & mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause.

• Original updated personal bank statement for last 03 months with bank seal and signature.

• Personal Income Tax Return for Last 02 years.

• Air ticket.

• Hotel confirmation / vouchers.

• Day to day tour itinerary.

• Contact number and email ID of applicant.

OCCUPATION PROOF

? In case of Employee –Original Company NOC with stamp and sign & Pay slip of last 03 months.

? In case applicant is the proprietor / owner of the company- Cover letter on company`s letter head with stamp and sign , company memo, partnership deal, establishment license or proprietorship etc are required.

? For student- leave letter / report card issued from School and ID is required.

? For Retired – Retirement letter and pension slips of last 03 months.
